Materiality Partners runs this website, materialitypartners.com. This policy covers what we collect on it and what we do with it.
What we collect on this website
- What you enter in the audit request form: name, title, firm, work email, phone, firm size, revenue range, and your note.
- What you send us by email.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records to run and protect the site, such as IP address and browser type. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To contact you about the audit you requested and to prepare for the call. We don't sell your information or add you to mailing lists.
Client data during an engagement
Data we access during an audit or build is governed by the NDA and engagement agreement with your firm, not by this website policy. See Client data for our commitments.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site and our email: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and receives form submissions, and our email provider. They process it for us and nothing else. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless we go on to work together or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you've given us. Email us and we'll do it.
